St Mary's operates a number of policies which relate to our expectations of those who share in the life of our church and community. The main document is our policy on preventing bullying and harassment, which should be read in conjuction with our policy on safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.

There are also codes of conduct which relate to specific aspects of our mission and ministry:

• The PCC has a code of conduct outlining our expectations of those who serve on this body.
• Family Café is run as a missional project on behalf of St Mary's PCC, and has a code of conduct outlining our expectations of those attending, both guests and volunteers.
