SHCT Ride & Stride

The annual Suffolk Historic Churches Trust 'Ride & Stride' takes place on Saturday 11th September 2021, and both Withersfield and Haverhill are taking part. Many churches of different denominations are open during the day to visit, with people collecting sponsorship as they walk, cycle or ride around as many as possible. Half of the money raised goes straight to your nominated church, with half going to the trust, who then give grants to support building and conservation work throughout the county.

Both of our churches have benefited from SHCT grants in the past, and will be looking to do so again in the future, and so this is an opportunity to raise money for the trust as well as highlighting the importance and diversity of our historic church buildings.
