Withersfield Churchyard Working Party

On Saturday 7th August, a working party will gather in the churchyard at Withersfield to do some general gardening and maintenance, removing ivy from the wall and some gravestones, cleaning the path and repainting the gates. Everyone is welcome to come along to lend a hand or just for moral support. This will help ensure that the churchyard stays a safe and welcoming space for all in the heart of the village.

We are also considering some future uses for the churchyard in Withersfield. Do you have any suggestions? Would you like to see a wild flower area? Could we reuse some of the space for future burials? Let us know.
